To ensure adequate time for processing, Hold Form must be completed and signed at least 5 days before billing date. Hold forms received after the deadline will be processed the following billing cycle, and the client's account will be charged on the next billing date as usual.

While account is on hold, client may purchase Drop-In classes at discounted rate of $15 per class.

The AutoPay Hold is an option to suspend your package for 1 to 3 billing cycles. Instead of the full amount, pay only $5 per billing cycle. Charges resume after the hold period ends.
